Liz is an experienced APECS Accredited Master Executive Coach, with over 30 years’ experience as an executive coach, leadership development facilitator and organisational development specialist. With a background in engineering, consulting and leadership development, she has worked with senior leaders across professional services, sport, utilities, the music industry and the public sector. Her previous experience includes, Global Executive Development Lead and OD Specialist at Arup, where she led the development of coaching, team coaching and senior leadership development to align with strengthened Governance and strategic direction. Prior to this, she was part of KPMG’s internal Executive Coaching team, coaching partners and senior leaders across the UK firm. Liz specialises in supporting leaders through transition, change and career progression, helping them navigate complexity, build perspective and lead with greater impact.
