Ali became an accredited coach in 2015, after a successful 21 year career in HR, Learning and Development as a senior HR Business Partner with professional services firms including Eversheds Sutherland and Shakespeare Martineau. At KPMG, she became an executive coach for the Partnership working with senior leaders across the firm including Partners and Sector Heads. Prior to moving into coaching, Ali was leading high-profile teams at retailers such as IKEA and HMV.  She now coaches senior leaders with their leadership challenges.
