Karen Dean

An accredited Master Certified Coach, Karen began her professional life at St Thomas’ Hospital London, becoming a Fellow of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Sciences. She enjoyed an accelerated commercial career for ten years, with Marks and Spencer PLC . Then progressed to becoming an Executive Coach and is now in her fourth decade of international practice. Karen, is an award-winning author with Dr. Sam Humphrey, their book Coaching Stories was published in 2019. Karen is an innovator who has crafted the me:my™team method to accelerate team performance for delivering mission-critical accountabilities. She originated the me:my™team diagnostic plus other tools supporting coaches in self-supervision.
