Claire Stibbon

Claire began her career in publishing, before moving into pharmaceuticals and medical devices, where she spent a decade at Amersham, a nuclear medicine business.  Claire spent 6 years with GE Healthcare, finishing as the Global Head of Quality training, before deciding to move into the world of high-performance sport where she spent the best part of a decade working with leaders of Olympic and Paralympic sport, most recently as the Head of Culture and Leadership for UK Sport. Inspired by her time as European Customer Service Director at GE, Claire went on to formally qualify as a coach in 2011 and has worked across a range of organisations in both the public and private sector, coaching Chairs, CEOs, senior leaders and their teams.
