Andrew is an accredited executive coach specialising in communication and impact skills. A qualified DiSC practitioner, he has extensive experience working with professional services firms, supporting promotion pathways, leadership development programmes and one-to-one senior-level coaching. He has designed and delivered communications skills training to global audiences and is a passionate advocate for
experiential learning.

 

Andrew’s practice is informed by 30 years’ experience as a professional actor. Trained at LAMDA, he is a Creative Director of award-winning theatre company Not Too Tame. This perspective has shaped a deep understanding of emotional intelligence and empathy and underpins his approach focused on the connection between motivation and behaviours and bridging the gap between intention and impact.
