Nigel coaches leaders in sectors such as professional services, the arts, mental health, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and charities. He has extensive commercial experience based on his 32-year career with the magic circle firm Linklaters, over 20 years as a partner and healthcare sector leader. Nigel began coaching whilst still at Linklaters, training as a coach with the prestigious coach training organisation Meyler Campell. Alongside coaching, Nigel’s portfolio career also involves consulting on Board governance and intellectual property strategy, and Board-level appointments in the private and third sector.  Nigel is passionate about wellbeing and in 2010, he was one of the first Health and Wellbeing partners in a major city institution and a co-Founder of the City Mental Health Alliance (now Mind Forward Alliance).
