Caroline Bottrell
Caroline is an accredited coach with over 10 years’ experience supporting business leaders in a range of industries. Prior to being a coach, she was a Regional Product Manager for Scandinavia and later, the Far East, for British Airways Holidays. Following her curiosity and passion for what enables people to make sustainable change, she refocused her career, leading Organisational Development teams within Brighton and Hove City Council and later The People’s Partnership, one of the largest master trust pensions in the UK. As Head of Organisation Development, her accountabilities included, partnering with senior leaders to focus equally on performance and health, encouraging businesses and individuals to flourish.
