Betsy Travis

Betsy is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and coach with almost 20 years’ experience in leadership and talent advisory, she has broad sector experience across FTSE 100 listed companies, private companies and PE-backed portfolio companies.  Betsy previously spent ten years as a Director at YSC Consulting, focusing on working with CEOs and senior management teams on their leadership strategy, C-suite succession and executive development.  She also headed up YSC’s Private Equity practise in Europe. Prior to YSC she worked in-house at Bupa in their Organisational Development team.
