Clare has worked in the coaching field for over 20 years.  Her experience as Head of Coaching for KPMG UK, included setting up and leading a world class internal coaching practice. In acknowledgment of Clare’s passion and commitment to high quality coaching, she was shortlisted for Internal Coaching / Mentoring Champion of the year by Coaching at Work during her time at KPMG. Clare now facilitates EMCC Accredited coach training programmes with Catalyst and works as an executive coach.
