Graham Browning

Graham began by teaching law at Cambridge University, before training as a solicitor at Clifford Chance. He spent 21 years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, combining legal and people responsibilities - a key theme throughout his career – and resolving major people issues. As Global Head of Employee Relations and People Performance, Graham led a landmark programme to transform Freshfields’ culture. He also established the parents’ network and was a founding member of an award-winning Stephen Lawrence Foundation diversity initiative. Graham became a Director at Byrne Dean, a behaviour and inclusion consultancy, where he trained global organisations and built an investigation/mediation business.
