John Handley has over 30 years’ experience operating in a variety of UK and international businesses, including 20 years as a Human Resources Director/Chief People Officer.  He has worked in sectors as diverse as manufacturing, financial services, insurance, health and social care and the core of his work has been leadership, learning and coaching. John initially qualified as a Life Coach, before graduating from the Meyler Campbell Coaching Programme in 2011 as a Business Coach.  John was a coach for the On Purpose social enterprise for seven years and has been a Mentor for the CIPD Aspiring HR Director Programme since 2020. John is also the Chair of British Home, a charity based in South London, supporting people living with neuro-disability. John understands the challenges faced by executives in business, including the importance of translating business outcomes to individual growth and purposeful action.
